Remarks
- First pressing has a light green-white sleeve and white labels with 'Promotional Copy Only' on them.
- The second edition has a black-white sleeve and plain white labels.
- Mistakes on the covers of both are
- A2 is called Body Politic,
- B4 is called Kiss The Carpet.
- Supposedly a promo item.
