Paramount Theatre, Seattle, Washington, USA
From Vancouver, Canada just a jump back over the border. The Sisters Scar The Planet Edge Tour 2024 brings the band to Seattle again, where they played a great gig at the Moore Theatre in 2023. This time, it's the Paramount, which has a capacity of aroud 2,800 seats, a thousand more than the year before.
The first show in Seattle was, similar to Portland, envisaged as the final show of the Tune In, Turn On, Load Out Tour with Public Enemy, Gang of Four and Warrior Soul in 1991. It was not to be, but The Sisters returned in 2006 and 2008. Well, all back in the days...
More than fifteen years and a first revisit later, The Sisters of Mercy return in rejuvenated form with more new songs and a perfect line-up.
They bring with them electronic rockers Blaqk Audio to open the show.
