Circo Volador, Ciudad de México, Mexico
After 2016, this was the second time The Sisters of Mercy played at this wonderful venue.
The Circo Volador is a cultural centre which does not only operate a great website and offer a lot of
interesting leisure activities to the Mexico City folks, there is also an entry about them in the Spanish
language wikipedia.
For The Sisters of Mercy, this concert marked the final gig of their National Treasure Tour in 2019,
and also the end of a long decade with many great concerts from 2010 on to the extensive worldwide
30th Stage Anniversary Tour SISTERS XXX in 2011/2 and seven further Sisters tours over the years.
A Heartland Forum thread for discussions and additional information about the present gig
as well as for reviews, photos and everything is here.
This concert was recorded and is in circulation among the fanbase.
For further information and some cover art, see also Mexico 2019.
A few days before the end of this tour, a series of 13 concerts in Europe for 2020 were announced.
