Release Notes
- A 12" vinyl-bootleg, released by Musichien around 1988-1991 in Luxembourg
- The bootlegs have so far been seen on black, near black-multicoloured,
- grey-multicoloured, white-multicoloured and green-multicoloured vinyl.
- The black vinyls have yellow "Musichien" labels on Side A, showing
- a dog running to the left, and red "Musichien" labels on Side B,
- showing the same dog running to the right side.
- This issue can be seen as the standard version.
- All multicoloured vinyls come with plain white, sometimes handmarked, labels.
- Alledgedly, only 100 copies of each multicoloured version exist.
Sources
- Side One, Tracks 1-4: John Peel Session (07/09/82)
- Side One, Tracks 5-6: Kid Jensen Session (11/04/83)
- Side Two, Tracks 1-3: John Peel Session (11/07/84)
- Side Two, Tracks 4-5: Live at the Paradiso, Amsterdam (28/03/83)
Remarks
- All tracks can be found on the Psychedelic Sessions bootlegs.
- On that bootleg as well as here, the songs have been given obscure names
- by the bootleggers.
- On the cover front, and in a wash-out mode also on the cover back, is a great photo
- of Andrew Eldritch with Patricia Morrison, although the latter was not in the band,
- when the radio sessions from 1982-1984 and the Amsterdam gig in 1983 were recorded.
Runouts
- Side A: PS/A
- Side B: PS/B

The Sisters of Mercy
- full lyrics -
Oh, The Sisters Of Mercy
They Are Not Departed Or Gone
They Were Waiting For Me
When I Thought That I just Can't Go On
And They Brought Me Their Comfort
And Later They Brought Me Their Song
Oh, I hope You Run Into Them,
You Who've Been Travelling So Long.
Yes, You Who Must Leave Everything
That You Cannot Control.
It Begins With Your Family,
But Soon It Comes Around To Your Soul.
Well, I've Been Where You're Hanging,
I Think I Can See How You're Pinned:
When You're Not Feeling Holy,
Your Loneliness Says That You've Sinned.
Well, They Lay Down Beside Me,
I Made My Confession To Them.
They Touched Both My Eyes
And I Touched The Dew On Their Hem.
If Your Life Is A Leaf That The Seasons
Tear Off And Condemn
They Will Bind You With Love That Is
Graceful And Green As A Stem.
When I Left They Were Sleeping,
I Hope You Run Into Them Soon.
Don't turn on the lights,
You Can Read Their Address By The Moon.
And You Won't Make Me Jealous
If I Hear That They Sweetened Your Night:
We weren't lovers like that
And Besides It Would Still Be All Right,
We Weren't Lovers Like That
And Besides It Would Still Be All Right.
