Rock Oz'Arènes Festival 2017, Avenches, Vaud, Switzerland
The first concert in 2017 ... on Day Two of this four-day festival, The Sisters of Mercy
shared the main stage with No One Is Innocent and Marilyn Manson.
Other acts on that day were Zeal & Ardor , The Souls and Martinez.
The town of Avenches is located in the west of Switzerland in the hilly landscapes of the canton
Vaud and looks back on a long history. In Roman times, it was the capital of the area and has an
amphitheatre, the largest and best preserved of its kind in Switzerland. Nowadays (since 1992),
it serves as the festival grounds of Rock Oz'Arènes and other cultural events.
