- This bootleg exists in limited and unlimited editions.
- All editions have folded sleeves with a relief numbering
- part on the back.
- The sleeves are either made of hard paper material
- and come with a b/w print or they are made of
- thin paper printed in black and grey.
- For the cover front motive, the bootleggers chose
- an engraving by German painter Albrecht Dürer
- titled The Four Witches.
- The runout grooves on all the vinyls are:
