Honestly, I cannot see why the copyrights are "disproved by the coverart"? Please explain.

OK, but usually copyrights are not necessarily secured on release but some time before, rather ...

and regarding the tracks that would have been 1990 at the latest ... meaning the release of Vision Thing ... ;-) ...

Anyway, would you think it ok to leave it as is now?

Yes. I think one can still see the descrepancy between the "insinuated" release date 1990 and the real release date, that could not have been before 1991. And that's what I wanted to have figured out.
