- Format: 5.5" vinyl flexi disc
- Date of Release: late 1980s or early 1990s
- Place of Release: Russia
Recording Notes
- The flexi is recorded on one side only and has no b-side.
- The recording is in mono and runs at 45rpm.
Further Notes
- The cover consists of a b/w computer print on plain paper.
- The back of the cover does not fully enfold the flexi, so that the respective vinyl colour is visible.
- The flexi is known to exist in the following vinyl colours: beige, clear, green, yellow and brown.
- However, the beige colour might be only due to some running out of yellow colour in the manufacturing process of the vinyl ...
- or just to colour differences in photographs, scans, the appearance of colours online in the web, etc
Source
- The recording is most likely a rip from the original Vision Thing album version of Something Fast.
- NOTE: Something Fast can also be found on the b-side of one of those extremely rare double-sided flexis, see Gimme Shelter - Something Fast (double-sided flexi)
- There, the song is, however, not mentioned on the cover or the label, and also the catalogue# is that of the standard Gimme Shelter flexi, the song on the A-Side.
