The CDr claims to be a WEA promo, which of course isn't true since The Sisters had already left the label in 2003.
Most likely this is just a bootleg of a bootleg made to cash easy money from eBay users.
This is a VERY good mix though and should be heard as it features a dance-oriented side to an early Sisters recording.
