- A limited edition box version does exist as well, see the pictures down below.
- These boxes would usually have a hand-numbered rubber stamp on the front sleeve
(similar to the one in the picture here on the left) and/or are numbered on the inside of the cover front.
- There are, however, numberings counting .../25, and in red colour,
so as to mark these as limited editions of 25 copies,
while others have the same sort of stamp in blue colour counting .../50
and finally, there are also boxes without any number stamp.
