Very little is known about these cards.
Apparently only 25 exist, and were sent out by The Phantom Twins to alert certain people about forthcoming bootleg releases.
Chances are few of these are left in existance, but they are officially (in bootleg terms, anyway) the 8th Palazzograssi release.
More or less consequently, fake cards have surfaced at times ...
