This is an extra b-side on Damage Done, not written on the sleeve. Many bootlegs omit it.
It appears to be Gary Marx singing. The whole song lasts 38 seconds, including the fade in and out.
It is described in one review of Some Girls Wander By Mistake as "entirely pointless".

Apparently, aluminium is a reference to amphetamines (taking them in a wrap),
though this may well just be reading too far into the lyrics.
