Then don't assume there's no page. Capitalisation of page titles has been somewhat non-standard, so search for the page you think it should link to.

Say if you follow a link like this First and last and always

There might not be a page there, but there is one at First And Last And Always
So edit the link you follow like this:

#Redirect[[First And Last And Always]] That way we'll avoid duplicated content.
