Sisters Wiki:About
This site has been set up to pool collective knowledge about The Sisters Of Mercy.
This follows a rash of invaluable Sisters related sites being deleted.
We hope that over time this site becomes a useful place for gathering any information about this band.
Who are we?
We work closely with the folks at Heartland with many contributers here also posting there.
If there is any information you can't find here, we suggest posting a question in the Sisters Chat Forum or under Sisters FAQs.
So why not sign up with a user-name and get to editing? Serious contributors are very welcome and should feel explicitly encouraged.
All contributions should, of course, be correct, unbiased and comply with copyright laws. In case you have any questions on editing,
please do not hesitate to contact us here in the above discussion tag, or in the relevant Wiki thread at Heartland Forum.
NOTE:
We have encountered an enormous load of spamming here, recently.
Due to these occurences, you now have to have your email-address registered and confirmed, before you can start editing pages.
Anyway: spam, vandalism and nonsense-pages will be removed immediately, responsible users get banned infinitely!
And a last recommendation:
If you want to register in order to edit and contribute, or afterwards, please let us know in this thread on Heartland Forum.
This is not necessarily required, but otherwise your new user account might be deleted and your ID banned within reasonable time,
if no (even minor) contribution on your part should follow. Also, if you should get banned unjustifiedly,
please let us know there and we will see to it. Thank you very much and enjoy! ... :-)) ... You're welcome! ... :-))...
Important Update Information
At the moment it is not possible to register with the SistersWiki
since our latest attempt of installing a captcha-based registration application failed
for yet unknown reasons. We hope to find a solution for this problem but it does obviously
take some time. For so long, we can only recommend to contact us or post at Heartland Forum
under the above given links. Sorry for any inconveniences!
