Help:Editing
First off, if you stumble across a link that says:
- You've followed a link to a page that doesn't exist yet.
To create the page, start typing in the box below (see the help page for more info).
If you are here by mistake, just click your browser's back button.
- You've followed a link to a page that doesn't exist yet.
Then do not assume there is no page!!!
Capitalisation of page titles has been non-standard, but this is continuously being changed.
Therefore search for pages by using capitalised titles.
Also search for a page you're looking for by using the Search button, NOT the Go button.
With the Search button, capitalisation is not required.
If you follow a link like this First and Last and always,
there might not be a page there, but there is one under First And Last And Always.
So do not edit the link before you've made sure that there really is no page on that issue already!!!
That way we'll avoid duplicate content.
See here for further instructions on the syntax of the wiki mark-up language.<br/
Furthermore don't put a summary of what you've done in the main page of an article; that's what the Summary: box is for.
(Below the main editing window.) You can brag about your edits (if you must) on the talk page of a particular article, i.e. the discussion tab at the top of each page.
If you sign up you can even put your user-name and date-stamp in (on talk pages) using this wiki-markup shorthand:
~~~~
