The Sisterhood was the name of two bands. The first was Wayne Hussey and Craig Adams' band (which later went on to be called The Mission).
The second was a side project set up by Andrew Eldritch to stop Hussey getting hold of the name for his band. Eldritch's plan worked by releasing a record under the name faster than Hussey et al could.
Eldritch's version of The Sisterhood released one single, Giving Ground, and one album, Gift.
