The Sisters of Mercy - Original Album Series - 5xCD set (front)


The "Original Album Series" is - according to dicosgs - a series of boxsets containing

up to five reissued albums of artists from the back catalogue of Warner Music Group labels.

Meanwhile, over 300 Original Album Series compilations have been released.

The present one is the 5-CD box set of the original albums by The Sisters of Mercy.

Remarks

  • The cover design of this series follows the ever same example:
a format-wide photo of the band/artist wsurrounded by a white frame
is horizontally crossed by an information section, often in the form of a coloured transparent bar
giving the band name, the Original Album Series name and miniature pictures
of the albums included in the compilation.
  • The cover photo used for The Sisters Of Mercy edition was shot by David Redfern
