Stop Draggin' My Heart Around was originally released by Stevie Nicks
on the first single to her debut solo album Bella Donna.
Words & Music are written by Tom Petty and Mike Campbell.
The Sisters of Mercy first used Stop Draggin' My Heart Around for soundchecks in 1984 and 1985.
Years later, they quoted the track during the first gig of their Tune In... Turn On.. Load Out... Tour
at Popular Creek Music Theater, Chicago, July 12th, 1991 and then played it several times
within medleys during their GoBang Festival Tour in 1992.
