Although it had been widely announced - among other means through
sending out such postcards to the fanbase by The Sisters of Mercy's
very own merchandise and information service The Reptile House Ltd -
this so-called 'Good Friday' gig, planned as the opening event of the
Distance Over Time Tour in 1997 got cancelled as the promoters
failed to fulfil their obligations.
