David Bowie (8 January 1947 – 10 January 2016), whose real name
was David Robert Jones, has clearly been one of the great artists of his time.

The interview was originally published in German language titled Mikrochirurgie: Andrew Eldritch von den Sisters of Mercy seziert David Bowie.
A transfer into English was spread later in Issue XIV of The Sisters of Mercy's official fanzine Underneath The Rock.
