Wayne Hussey and Dave Allen in 1984 during a break at Strawberry Studios, Stockport
Dave Allen was the producer of The Sisters of Mercy's first studio album First And Last And Always.
The part of the recordings he was involved in took place in June and July 1984 at Strawberry Recording Studios
in Stockport, and in August, September and November 1984 at Genetic Studios near Reading.
Apart from The Sisters of Mercy, Dave Allen produced diverse albums with various other UK-bands
like The Members, The Cure, The Associates, The Chameleons, and a few more.
