- The cover art consists of a xerox glued on the cover front.
- Exists with cover art in either pale white or green tone
- All editions come with an insert sheet and have the typical limited-edition stamp in red print
- The labels are red with black print
- This recording is incomplete.
A complete recording is on the TAKRL-release Floor Show
