Mike Hall was nurse to Doktor Avalanche during the Event Horizon Tour in 1998.
The front inlay of the CD-bootleg Event Horizon mentions him also for this appearance (see picture above).
Mike Hall is mostly known as the long-term tour keyboard technician of Erasure, who didn't tour that year...
but he also worked with Jimmy Somerville, Marc Almond and the Sparks to name just a few.
