Various issues are known to exist:
- Glossy sleeve (about 550 copies)
- and matte sleeve (about 50 copies).
- The records are the same for each version.

- Recorded live at the Gala in Norwich, April 21, 1983 by Blood Money Mobile Studio
- Recording engineer: Andy Taylor (i.e. Andrew Eldritch)
- This is the original edition of 600 copies.
- Some versions have plain white labels.
- On some records, a short audio sample is played as intro before Jolene
- and/or as an outro after Adrenochrome.
- There are also vinyls with "1" and "2" printed on the labels,
- some of which feature the intro only, some of which have neither.
