One of the few Instrumentals by The Sisters of Mercy.

Music: Gary Marx

The song was first released in March 1983 as B-side of the Anaconda 7"-single, Merciful Release MR 019,

followed by another release also in 1983 as the B-side of Alice EP, 12", Merciful Release MR 021,

and appearing as well on the 1992 Single Collection Some Girls Wander By Mistake.

A very interesting read, including about the writing of Phantom, is available in The Quietus' interview of 30th August 2017
